Narangba Timbers is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm Monday-Friday. If you thrive in fast-paced warehouse environments, enjoy developing teams, and are committed to operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Supervise and actively engage in warehouse and logistics operations for safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfilment
- Ensure all trucks are loaded safely, accurately, and compliant with NHVR regulations, Load Restraint Guide 2025, and individual axile weight restrictions
- Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to optimise schedules, workloads, and on-time dispatch
- Ensure next-day deliveries and same-day collections are picked, packed, and ready by shift end
People Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Warehouse Team, fostering capability and succession coverage
- Conduct 1:1s, training sessions, and daily team huddles to align the team with business goals and ensure an environment of continuous improvement
Safety & Compliance
- Champion WHS standards and Chain of Responsibility obligations, promoting a zero-injury culture
- Monitor loading practices, vehicle compliance, and investigate incidents or near misses
Inventory, Fleet & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate inventory and optimise warehouse layout, storage, and workflow efficiency
- Participate in and lead initiatives to achieve operational improvements
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Provide clear nightly reports on loading, scheduling, and operational risks
- Resolve customer service or delivery issues promptly to protect DIFOT performance

- Leadership experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Strong hands-on experience logistics management systems and warehouse management systems
- Forklift licence with safe truck loading experience (NHVR/CoR compliant)

At Narangba Timbers, you won’t just report numbers—you’ll shape the commercial direction of the business, partner with the Senior Leadership Team, and drive smarter, faster decision making through data, systems and insight.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Finance lead, you’ll own both the financial function and its evolution:
- Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable commercial insights
- Deliver monthly reporting with meaningful analysis and recommendations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across reporting, AP/AR, and forecasting through leveraging modern tools and AI (no coding required)
- Own the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, including the annual planning cycle
- Build and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
- Manage cash flow and forward-looking forecasting models
- Drive the adoption and integration of finance technology, including AI tools
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in financial strategy and business planning
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raising, expansion
- Deliver scenario modelling and data tools to drive efficient decision making
- Lead and develop the Accounts Officer, while fostering cross-functional collaboration

📲 What You’ll Bring to the Table
- CPA or CA qualification
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role
- Strong technical grounding in financial reporting, controls, and budgeting
- A commercial mindset—you go beyond the numbers
- Experience with ERP systems and modern finance tools (AI exposure and/or MYOB Acumatica experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insight into action
- Experience in FMCG or multi-SKU environments (highly desirable)

We’re searching for an experienced Delivery Driver/ HR Driver to join our team.
Our site is open Monday – Friday (enjoy your weekends off!) and our Delivery Drivers commence at 5:30am. We are supportive of your work/life balance so we aim to have our drivers finish by 1:30pm / 2:00pm each day, however there are overtime opportunities available at times, especially in our peak seasons.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing a positive last point of interaction for our customers
- Driving a flat bed truck for multiple deliveries each day
- Delivering products to customers from Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast as well as our local area
- Operating the crane and supporting customers with the loading and unloading of products
- Using “SolBox” app on an iPad to review delivery information
- Supporting the Warehouse Team with general warehousing duties as required
What You Bring To The Table
- A positive and customer focused demeanour
- A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
- Experience operating a crane will be highly regarded
- A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not mandatory
- A commitment for continual improvement – when we learn more, we achieve more
- A team player who can build great relationships with others
