Our Click and Collect service lets you grab your timber and building supplies at a time that suits you – no waiting around for deliveries.
Once your order is ready to collect, head on down. Our team will have it waiting and help you load up. Here’s everything you need to know before you head in.

Step by step

How it works

  • Place your order online
    Add your products to cart and select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout.
  • Wait for your ‘ready to collect’ notification
    We’ll send you a confirmation email and SMS when your order is packed and ready. Don’t head in until you’ve received this.
  • Arrive at the yard
    We are located at 728 Old Gympie Rd, Narangba QLD 4504. When you arrive, enter via our front gate and turn right into the first yard.
  • Check in
    Open your ready to collect email or SMS and tap “I’m here”. Keep your QR code ready for our team to scan when they greet you.
  • We’ll load your order
    Our team will use a forklift to place your order on your vehicle.
    Keep a 3m distance from our team during forklift operation. (How will my order be placed on my vehicle?)
  • Secure your load
    Before you leave, take a moment to secure your order. Our team cannot assist with tying down or securing loads.

Is my vehicle suitable?

Timber and building supplies are often long and heavy. Bringing the wrong vehicle can mean we’re unable to load your order safely – or that you can’t legally transport it. Please check before you head in.

Suitable

  • Utes (tray or tub)
  • Flatbed or tray trucks
  • Box trailer (small orders only)
  • Flatbed trailer
  • Vans with adequate internal length – (small orders only)
  • SUVs or wagons carrying shorter lengths only
    We recommend measuring the inside of your vehicle and comparing it to the timber length

Not Suitable

  • Sedans and small hatchbacks
  • SUVs without a trailer or roof rack setup for long lengths
  • Any vehicle where timber would overhang unsafely or exceed legal load limits
  • Cage trailers (for large quantity orders)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Click and Collect free?

Yes – there’s no fee to Click & Collect your order.

How will my order be placed on my vehicle?

Our team will load your order directly from the forklift onto your vehicle. If your vehicle requires hand placement – such as a van where timber needs to be fed in through the rear doors – our team won’t be able to assist with this.

What do I need to bring?

Have your device ready to tap “I’m here” on the link you received through email or SMS that notifies you that your order is ready to collect.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes that’s fine. Just make sure they have the order number and the name the order was placed under.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order for 14 days. Please see our T&Cs for further information on storage fees.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Changes or cancellations need to be made before your order is picked by our warehouse team. Please contact us on 1300 477 024 as soon as possible.

What should I wear on site?

Enclosed shoes are required if you’re exiting your vehicle.
