How it works

  • Place your order online
    Add your products to cart and select delivery at checkout. Enter your postcode to see your delivery fee.
  • Leave your delivery notes
    At checkout there’s an ‘order notes’ field. Use this to let our team know about any access requirements.
  • We’ll confirm your delivery date
    Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm your scheduled delivery date.
  • We’re on our way!
    We’ll send you a text message with a tracking link so that you’ll know exactly when the driver is arriving.
  • Delivery to your driveway
    Our crane-operated truck will deliver your order at your driveway. We’ll place it as close to your property as we safely can.
    Due to the weight of our delivery trucks, our driver may determine it’s not safe to enter your driveway. In this case, your order will be placed at the driveway entrance. (Please see: Can I choose where my order is placed?)
  • Start building!
    We recommend being home / on-site when your order arrives. If you’re not available, your order will be left at the address supplied when you placed your order.

How it’s calculated

Minimum order

No minimum quantity or amount! Whether it’s one fence paling or two-hundred lineal meters of decking, we can get it to you.

Custom freight

Custom freight costs are dependant on weight and your location. It’s important to send us those details when enquiring about custom freight delivery.

What our delivery includes

Our service is driveway to driveway. Here’s what that means in practice.

What we can do

  • Use our crane-operated trucks to place your order, no forklifts required!
  • Deliver direct to from our driveway to yours with placement of your delivery in the safest place
  • Deliver your order the next business day on ‘In Stock Guarantee’ items ordered by 2pm
  • Live tracking of our truck when they’re on their way

What we can’t do

  • Deliver beyond the driveway
  • Hand-deliver orders into your yard, site or home
  • Attempt re-delivery. If you’re not in attendance upon delivery, your order will be left in the most suitable place
  • Schedule your delivery for a specific time. Our delivery team will deliver between the hours of 6AM and 2PM

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does delivery cost?

Enter your postcode at checkout and your delivery fee will be calculated before you complete your order.

When will my order arrive?

Items marked with our ‘In Stock Guarantee’ are available for next business day delivery when ordered by 2pm. All other orders are scheduled and you’ll receive a confirmed delivery date after ordering.

Do I need to be home / on site?


We recommend being home to accept your delivery. If you’re not available, your order will be left at the delivery driver’s discretion. We’re not responsible for orders that are damaged or missing after a completed delivery.

Can I choose exactly where my order will be placed?

Our delivery driver will use discretion to place your order where it is safe to do so. Due to the weight of our delivery trucks, our driver may determine it’s not safe to enter your driveway. In this case, your order will be placed at the driveway entrance. This is still considered a completed delivery.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. Our trucks are crane-operated to lift your order so you won’t need a forklift either! Our truck bed length is 8m, so timber pieces longer than 8m cannot be delivered.

Where do I leave delivery instructions?

There’s an ‘order notes’ field at checkout. Use it to share anything useful like gate codes, access points, where to place the order, or any obstacles the driver should be aware of. Please note, our delivery team will use their discretion to place orders in the safest location and sometimes this cannot be the specified location in order notes.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We deliver Monday to Friday only. Gold Coast deliveries run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some locations are accessed on a case-by-case basis and may require delivery on a specific day.

What if my suburb isn’t listed in your delivery locations?

Get in touch with us! We can organise a quote for custom freight, but we need to know what you’ll be ordering and your location.
