Timber Decking Specials in Brisbane

Select Merbau

We carry a lot of high quality timber, but Merbau may be the “gold standard” when it comes to deck building. It’s dark reddish-brown appearance in its natural state makes for a beautiful deck with a clear coating instead of staining or painting. It has a Class 1 durability rating and is resistant to termites.

We are currently selling select Merbau 140 x 19 decking planks for $9.65 each.

Select Brazilian Teak

Brazilian Teak is another popular timber because of its hardness, durability and natural beauty. It is used in shipbuilding because of its durability and resistance to shrinkage. It is also used for outdoor furniture. Imagine a teak deck with matching furniture.

Blackbutt

Blackbutt is possibly the most popular timber decking material in the Brisbane area. It is an Australian timber which, contrary to its name, runs from brown to cream to pink in colour. It is rated Class 1 for durability.

Mountain Grey Gum

Mountain Grey Gum, also known as Eucalyptus cypellocarpa, is also native to Australia. It is reddish brown and rated Class 1 for durability. We are currently selling Std and better Mountain Grey Gum 90 x 19 decking planks for $4.40.
